            <description><![CDATA[ On the description of sunflowers, where it gives the edible part, only the seeds were mentioned. You can eat the buds, too. Steam or boil them like artichokes and eat them the same way. They taste like artichokes, too. <br />

Are there any other uses for sunflowers? It's one of the few &quot;weeds&quot; that will grow in my backyard and I'd like to make better use of them.]]></description>
